Many coaches in the business space will tell you that you have niche down in order to be successful. I’ll be honest I have a very contradictory view of niching. For me niching depends on whether or not you feel aligned with it. In today’s video, I talk about two different business organizational structures so that you can learn about each and lean in to which feels most aligned.
