Evan always had a dream of road tripping across the United States on a Harley and decided to combine this dream with his passion for Bitcoin. Over the past few years, local meet ups have popped up across the U.S. creating local communities that lets people gather, talk and learn about Bitcoin. Evan used this as an opportunity to buy a bike, find some sponsors and ride over 11,000 miles to meet a bunch of strangers. This trip started out with a ton of unknowns but quickly took shape as his reputation grew and people caught on.

I had the opportunity to meet Evan and after getting to know him a bit he actually came and crashed on my couch during his time in Michigan. We had a ton of fun for a few days and he even helped me install some backsplash in my kitchen. This trip was the first of many rides he's conducted through the U.S. and Thailand where he lives now.
