Did you realize that how you see the world determines what you are able to create or what you have? This is the same for everyone. We all approach life from a different filter or perspective. There are so many variables that can color the filter of how each of us see the world. When you take the time to discover another's filter, you can connect with and understand them better.
Let's play a game: can you discover their filters? It's a fun exercise that brings a whole lot of understanding. Be curious. Can you uncover another persons' filters on how they see the world? Are they glass half full, half empty? Do they follow the rules or break the rules? Are they an employee or an entrepreneur? Do they prefer to plan ahead or act on the spur of the moment? What is their background?
This month we dive deeper into the tools and techniques we use to meet people where they are at. We will give you a simple system you can follow to meet someone where they are, reduce conflict and increase connection and understanding. This will help you adapt, speak to them in a way they can hear you, and find the good to build them up vs. cut them down for not fitting into your view of the world.
