Chris Thorndike from LIV Athletic and Factory Forged is back on the show to share his thoughts on the recent sale of CrossFit Inc and the new CEO Eric Roza.  Chris has been a CrossFit affiliate for over a decade, even though it hasn't been his main brand for the last couple years.  He recently took a stand for change within CrossFit, by announcing his de-affiliation.
