Do you do exercise? I don't exercise very much at the moment. It's not good, is it? But I have a health app on my phone. I look at the app every day. I check the pedometer on the app. I try to walk as much as I can.
The pedometer tells me how many steps I have walked in a day. Pedometer(hosuukei) is also called a manpokei. It is good for your health if you walk about 10,000 steps.
Last week I walked a lot and on Sunday I went to a place called Windsor near London. I walked 18, 000 steps. But on weekdays, when I work at home, I only walk about 2,000 steps.
