Sometimes when seasons change, both of life and the year, it can be unclear of your purpose and success in that time frame.  As we have rolled into new seasons at our house, I have been thinking about a lot of ways I have approached the changes and how I can manage my own expectations during that time.  I hope my questions and thoughts help you as they are helping me.
