Chelsi is the owner, founder, and do all of Blushing Balloons in Pensacola Florida. This business brings the fun to any event, rather its a balloon garland or its the iconic white bounce house.  Chelsi has been in business for a year and her friends, family, and clients nominated for an award “runner up best new business for In Weekly’s best of the coast!” She started this business while still in college, helping a friend with a balloon garland for her friends event, with no idea this business would take off. When one door opens you follow where it leads you.
