Over teh last 3.5 years of trying to integrate the Fair Play Method, we have found a handful of challenges with it and in this episode I ideate out loud after a conversation with my wife about the challenges we have had implementing and the difference between folks that implement the systems vs talk through the emotions and prioritize connection.
