This week we meet Simon Cuthbert, who has spent over 20 years in HSEC design for mining companies.

Simon takes time out to open up about the challenges hes faced an overcome, including:

-the traumatic pregnancy period and birth of his 1st child
-choosing between work and supporting his family, as a high level performer
-depression and being rendered catatonic
-destructive coping mechanisms
-seeking professional help
-being diagnosed with ADD

Simons story is one of overcoming struggle, by relentlessly pursuing the answer to the question "why am I feeling this way?"
