I want you to make your course as short as it can be.  In this episode, I’m going to convince you to do something that seems completely counter-intuitive.  This isn’t about making things teeny tiny or devoid of quality, but instead about finding the quickest way to reach a crystal clear outcome.

Be content critical.  Analyse every tiny detail of your course and ask yourself, “Does that need to be there?”
