I'm excited to have Matthew Sutton join me on episode 12! Matt studies Applied Mathematics-Computer Science and plays on the Division 1 NCAA team at Brown University. Most, if not all, top competing athletes are told they need to give up so much for their sport. In recent years discussions and awareness have been surfacing about athletes mental health and how we can do better. I believe Matt is a leader at this table. We talk about finding other outlets in your life - you are not just one career -, meditation/journaling, and being more active than passive in your life.
