O human beings,

The Sun, born first with the showering rays,

Comes along with the thundering rains, born of woind and clouds,

May he be graceful to our body, removing the defects and make it move straight

He, the sole force strides in three ways

 

Lodging in every limb and shining,

We worship you with offerings along with our obeisance.

We will bring under our control with offerings all the aspects of the force (disease),

Which has grabbed him or about to grab him.

 

Free this person from headache, cough, and also from (this disease) which has entered his every limb.

This power is born of clouds or wind,

May it attach itself to the forest trees along with the hills.

 

Peace and happiness to all the upper members,

Peace to all the lower members,

Peace to all the four limbs,

Peace and happiness to my entire body.
