This meditation is designed  to help you identify limiting thoughts and beliefs that may impede performance.  At times we can all  get caught in a story that holds us back or a there is  a belief outside of our awareness that keeps us from moving to the next level. We could desire different results in sport, a job, weight management, a relationship, health, our financial situation and so many other things.  When we can recognize thoughts and beliefs that hold us back we can turn toward them, look them up and down, investigate their power, and skillfully begin to release their grip. Today we consider your future role as a quiet professional.
