As a leader you are responsible for those of whom you lead, but your ultimate responsibility is to God. You're not always going to get universal agreement on things you decide to do as a leader, but what matters is that you have conviction from God on what's right and act based on that foundation and compass. As the leader, you have the foresight that others do not.
