I’m a huge believer in surrounding yourself with people who inspire you, push you to evolve and compassionately hold you accountable. We are all human, we all have blindspots and we all tell ourselves stories that limit us. IT’s human nature. We can either just be limited by our own stories and narratives, or we can challenge them.

There’s no shame in not wanting to challenge yourself, but it does mean you cannot transcend your circumstances.

 

So if the kids ignoring you makes your blood boil….

If their sass makes you worried they’re disrespectful and rude….

If you lay awake at night praying you’re not screwing them up…..

 

You are going to have to change something in yourself so you can create change in your family dynamics.
