Sad and nostalgic that my final training plan is for sale at www.trainlikeamother.club , I decided to stick my face in my happy place- Abby Wambauch’s Brain. I came out wondering what certainty really is. Spoiler alert: it’s less a loud, noticeable “YASSSSSS!” and more like relaxation. Absence of YASSSS is not presence of doubt, that’s what certainty can look like.
