Journaling Homework:

What is your dream life that you're manifesting? What are the feelings behind wanting all of that? What can you do daily to feel those feelings? What can you do daily to shift your shadows?

THEN: What ideas/thoughts/beliefs come up and tell you that you can't do this?  This is what we need to clear and release.  Ask yourself if these are FACTS - and if not, write in your journal that you are willing to release these.  FEEL as if they have been released.
