#113 Be authentic - no matter where in life you are
In our 113th episode, I have a chat with Chamonix Higginson, a Transformation Mentor. Yes, can you believe it – and we have so much more in common than just our names!
In this episode, we chat about authenticity and "Cha" shares with us how she helps others in discovering who they are and how they can show up by being truly authentic to themselves. No matter where you are in your life's journey, it’s always a good reminder to be true to yourself and to those around you, and I feel that this serves as an important reminder for us always.
As we may not always understand the bigger picture of what lies ahead in our pathway, it’s important for us to be able to sometimes just trust the process and take that huge leap of faith. Of course, it’s much easier to look back and have that epiphany moment as opposed to when you’re down in the trenches waging the struggle that you’re facing.
You may have already made the decision to migrate, or you may just be testing the waters – no matter what phase of your life you are in right now, I’m hoping that this episode may inspire you in one or many ways.
