In 2016 the Acadiana area suffered from massive flood damage. Roddy Bergeron’s house was not impacted, but that didn’t mean his life wasn’t.
The aftermath left him with a burning desire to make an impact in his community. Now he’s running for city councilman. One of the first decisions he made, after making the decision to run, was to take the Dale Carnegie Course. One of Carnegie’s principles is to “create happiness for others.” Roddy has put himself in a position where he can start to do that on a massive scale.
