113 How to grow your abundance mindset

Are you threatened by challenges or invigorated by them? Your answer may determine whether you have an abundance or a poverty mindset. In this episode, we talk about how to cultivate a mindset of abundance.

“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”

In this episode, Leary and Armin talk about what an abundance mindset is, how to know if you have one or not, and its benefits. They offer several suggestions on how to grow an abundance mindset:

  1. Affirm that what you have is enough. 
  2. Get with others who will inspire you in your vision and the value of it. 
  3. Be a cheerleader or a spotlight for someone else.
