Toga ventures to the Ghost Underground to accept a challenge from Magnus Peppercorn to decide the Nothingstar Liar's Dice Championship. 

Nothingstar is a bi-monthly news program documenting the goings on at the school including all feasts, rituals, Dragonball, Liars Dice, prophecy progress, and of course keeping a very special eye on the evil forces slowly but surely taking over the world.
