Eben played six seasons in the NFL and was selected 39th overall in the 2009 NFL Draft. He spent four years with the Jacksonville Jaguars followed by two with the Chicago Bears, last playing football in 2014. 

After his time in the league he co-created and hosted the show "Hotboxin" with Mike Tyson. He has since written his book "Eben Flow" & is currently the host of the "The Eben Flow".
