I have the itch to push the boundaries. I want to see how far I can go, before breaking. When you work a muscle out, you will work it to the point of failure, so that it can heal and then grow. Your mind is the same. Push it to the limits, let it recover and grow, and then do it again. It gets hard. At what point to we settle into the comfort?? When I do that I brings depression or anxiety. These are some thoughts I have, hope it sparks some good thoughts
