Suzanne Thompson is a single mom of two from Australia. Suzanne is the founder of Soul Archeology, meditation practices designed with kids, for kids. The best way to get kids excited about a daily meditation practice to get them involved from the beginning. Soul Archeology believes kids are their own best teachers, so they use a compassion based practice to guide them coming up with their very own solutions in a fun and safe environment.
Suzanne's advice for single parents:
It's challenging and honor that you are on this journey of learning until the day you leave this body. You repeat what you don't repair! You are the perfect parent for your children no matter what love everyone & tell the truth.
