This week my coach set me a task to move my business to the next level. There are 4 of us in this coaching group and everyone has the same task. We were all supportive of each other and feeling motivated to take action and get results. I then got scared and decided that I am still not ready to take this next step. We all have had times in our lives when we know what we need to do and that possibly we can do it but we hold ourselves back.
