In this episode, Kerry asks for his listeners' help to shed light on this question: "Is submitting to someone the same thing as accepting the authority of that person?"  This question arose after looking at several passages in 1 Peter that speak of accepting the authority of the government (1 Peter2: 13), masters (2:18), husbands (3:1,5), and elders (5:5).   At stake here, is the way Christians look at leadership and authority in the home and the church.
