• Sometimes we forget that we can still enjoy a peaceful life. Even in the midst of any circumstances or being diagnosed with mental illness.
• The idea is that people are "wired as outliers" and that this can lead to a tendency to start problem-solving all the time.
• One can overcome this tendency by being aware of when they are starting to problem solve and taking a break.
• I don’t believe in competition but, I believe in collaboration.
• Our Mind is a gift, “The Greatest Computer in the Planet.”

• Quitting drinking has led to improved sleep and decreased anxiety.
• It is okay to have doubts and to ask for help.
• It is important to be aware of the beliefs that we hold around ourselves and the universe and to check ourselves regularly to make sure that our lives are in alignment with these beliefs.
• Challenge comes when we don’t realize we can still lean into peace despite a crazy-driven mind.
• It doesn’t make sense that some people who are diagnosing people with a driven mind are not also acknowledging the good that comes with it.
