Chef Ryan Lachaine of Riel Restaurant talks about his life growing up six hours from Saskatoon...thats in Saskatchewan...which is in Canada.  Born into a hockey family, Ryan played till his 30s when he decided to switch gears and go to culinary school.  After working at some of the best restaurants in the country, he now has the number 1 rated Restaurant in Houston (Culture Map) dishing up Perogies and Cabbage Rolls.
