One of the most common experiences I hear from military wives is best summarized with "I'm just trying to get through today." Not all, but so much of military life is lived in those threadbare places- overwhelmed from a move, exhausted in the middle of a deployment, stressed from finding work or parenting solo or longing for friends. It's hard to get perspective when your right-now life demands so much. When we have those moments- what do we do? How do we make it? I have some stories, some thoughts, and some questions to encourage you.
