There, Arbitrator Barnora Runehead seeks justice from the "criminals" who killed the workers at Trail's End in the fire. On the outskirts of Havenmere, the party sees a familiar face - Gneckspee - who exposes herself as a fugitive from the Kingdom of Hirdirth.
