Hooray, we made it to the end of the year! As we wrap up 2018, you're probably doing what most people do and are thinking about what you want for 2019. Unfortunately, the other thing most people also do is either vaguely dream, or at best, set goals without too much thought or without a strategy and then wonder why those goals don't get stuck to beyond January!
