Is your fridge loaded with condiments like mine? My entire door is packed with hot sauce and BBQ sauces and as we will learn, none of them might need refridgeration.

It seems like the shelf-life for these products is long enough that they can stay out, in a cupboard or on a counter. Wherever you need them! 

There are a lot of items that we are accustomed to storing a certain way, maybe we don't need to?
