Jeremy has considered taking the next step and getting his license. What is stopping him? What questions does he have? Jeremy, who owns Mind Right Endurance, is a personal trainer and fitness coach who specializes in endurance training. Mr. Brown also hosts a couple podcasts himself. Caffeine and Coaching dives into the world of endurance training and coaching. Mental Mastery is a few minute show every week providing thoughts and challenges for your week.
