#115 Mark Pitcher - Lighting A Spark In People

Mark talks about how he loves to light a spark in people in his work.

Mark is the Founder of Holistic Adventures, an offline (& sometimes online) experience that helps men and women release emotional pain and trauma. Part holistic retreat, part coaching workshop, part adventure camp, the experience offers Connection, Healing, Purpose & Escape in a safe environment. Mark is married with 4 children and divides his time between London, Cornwall & Barcelona. 

Mark says; “Dealing with painful emotions and trauma doesn’t have to be done exclusively within the white walls of a therapist’s office. Getting together outdoors in nature and finding connection with other like-minded people can also help ease trauma, release stress and improve one’s overall quality of life in so many areas.”
