Today on The Kondrat Podcast I sat down with Noah Fallis with Glean Productions in Calgary, Alberta.  We discuss his career as a commercial stills photographer, director of photography, and a general lighting nerd and how he combined these skills to create Glean Productions.

So what is Glean Productions?  From a cultural standpoint - Glean is a playful, light hearted company whose core principals are humility, humour, and hustle. From a technical standpoint - they basically utilize some fancy toys to capture content, and approach production in a very lean mindset.  

I’ve had the chance to see his team in action and what stands out for me is their teamwork and great attitude.  It’s not easy building a positive team culture and we discuss how he has been able to do that with Glean.  I hope you enjoy our surprisingly interesting conversation!
