One thing that fueled my anti-Catholicism in college was that it was the one Church I attended that didn't allow me to receive their piece of bread... well, turns out it's not bread, there's very good reasons, it's in the Bible, and it was for my own good...

BTW - Orthodox and Catholics can receive communion at each other's churches (because we believe in the same things and it's valid!).
