We all wanna feel good, joy, excitement, pleasure..& if we dare: Jouissance! Feeling good doesn’t magically manifest inside us...we need to be open, ready & willing to work on ourselves in ways that strengthen & sustain good feelings. We need to feed & fuel positive attitudes & practices that nurture contentment & joy. Jouissance on the other hand, is not for the faint hearted! If you want it, you gota accept all that goes with it..& of course its essential that you ‘Juice the Jouissance.,’
