As we all gear up for 20024 and give up on this year ( hey, calling it like I see it, lol), I figured I would do an episode on rubbish.

I think it is safe to say that a lot of us...okay, all of us, can look back on the past year and realize that we have a lot of unnecessary, unneeded and unwanted distractions that can be thrown out or delegated.
