I could start this story with a murder, I could start with a plane crash, I almost started with the book.  But then I was lucky enough to have my researcher speak to a person who read the book and tried the diet, so I thought I’d start instead with an inside look. Today we will be talking about a woman who developed the Weigh Down Diet, founded the Remnant Fellowship Church and turned it into a cult.
