Dr. Maq talks about cultivating safe spaces for Black students on university campuses with Dr. Sydney Freeman, Jr.  Dr. Freeman is a Professor of Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership in the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences at the University of Idaho.  He is a Visiting Scholar in the Office of the Provost at the University of Pennsylvania.
