Chuy Cervantes is the CDC of Damian, Enrique Olvera's Restaurant in LA.
Carlos Garcia is Sous Chef at Damian, and also used to be a CDP at The Charter Oak While I was Chef there.
Its always cool to have more than two chefs sitting in a room talking about life and the industry. For the third time ever on the show this is the case. I hope to do more shows like this.
