It may not be on schedule, but I really wanted to get this episode to you while the full moon energy is still potent! On one of the first days of the month, I saw that there was an Instagram memory in my stories and decided to check it out. It was the story about how Spirit was nudging me to watch P.S. I Love You and a few other spirit crumbs that came along with the movie. 

The movie follows Holly as she processes grief, opens up to love again, and finds her creative passion. A year ago, I was feeling like I was ready to move forward in art and romance! I had taken a yearlong break from both and wasn't sure what the healing process would look like. I've just been following the spirit crumbs as they come. 

Seeing this memory come up made me reflect on how much has happened since then! In today's episode, I share the synchronicities between then and now with some added insights about timing and vulnerability.
