#117 Re-air Attitude is Everything - Adam Lucio
Welcome to Episode #117 and a re-airing of episode #34 of The Versatile Success Podcast! We are so happy to have you listening.
At the fragile age of five months, Adam was involved in a car accident in West Odessa, which has confined him to a wheelchair. However, "confined" is not how he lives his life. He has learned to use his disability as a tool to teach and speak his testimony, inspiring others to live a better quality of life, despite life's hardships. Adam played Division 1 wheelchair basketball for Oklahoma State University after high school and returned to Odessa to pursue coaching.
He is one of the only two wheelchair tennis coaching professionals in Texas. He plays wheelchair tennis on the USTA Wheelchair circuit and actively participates in local 5K/10K/Half Marathon Races. He dedicates much of his free time to helping other locals in the same circumstances adapt to their new lifestyle through fitness and exercise. He is in the early stages of forming a 501C3 named "Anpassa Project" dedicated to this mission.
