If your stress levels are at a 10 and you want them to be at a 5, this is the episode for you! It's so easy for us moms to get ourselves all stressed out over our problems.  We tend to take a problem that is reasonably small and and tell ourselves all kinds of stories about it until it feels like something we can't manage. The problem itself can usually be managed. We have to release control over the problem and start to take control over our thoughts about the problem.
