Today I’ll be reading from the 2007 book, Toward a Deeper Meditation, by Association for Research and Enlightenment director, John Van Auken.

Chapter 28, Turn to the Light, offers up a bit of helpful inspiration as to how to keep our spirits up during difficult times.
