People believe that if they surround themselves with a cloak of invincibility, that is what people will respect in a leader. In reality, having some sort of vulnerability can actually pay off far greater. You can become a genuine and authentic leader by putting yourself out there and showing who you truly are. If you are able to be vulnerable, people will be drawn to you and want to follow you, which is imperative for any great leader. The biggest form of strength is truly being who you are.
