Yuri Bezmenov was a former Soviet KGB informant who defected to Canada in the 1970s. He was one of the world’s outstanding experts on the subject of Soviet propaganda, disinformation & active measures to subvert western culture. In 1984, in his book, “Love Letter to the West,” he laid out the four steps necessary to create a Marxist police state in America without firing a shot; they were:

Demoralization: religion is commercialized; education is made relative; media is monopolized & manipulated to create an uninformed myopia in the populace; a culture of false heroes & role models; manipulation of media & academia to brainwash young people.

Destabilization: mistrust justice; lack of individual responsibility; a sense of defenselessness; disunity internally & isolation abroad; loyalty to state over family; enfeebled masses; racial division; urbanization; victimhood; bribe the populace with benefits; massive government.

Crisis: revolutionary change of power, and:

Normalization: which is the populace acquiesces.

Bezmenov’s final statement was, “There is no other place on this planet to defect to.” He would be very disappointed if he were alive today.
