Lord Chris Holmes has published a new report on the failings within the Disabled Students Allowance system.

The service should help students with disabilities make their journey through Higher Education as accessible as possible but that's not always the case.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Lord Holmes to discuss the report's findings and what recommendations, if put in place, should make a positive impact on disabled students.
