Bees Knees

2 oz gin

1 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

1 oz honey syrup (1 to 1 honey and water in a saucepan over heat until mixed and then let it cool)

Shake with ice, strain into (chilled) glass, add garnish (lemon twist or wedge)

Gin Jam Box

1.5 oz gin

1 oz lemon juice

1 tablespoon (fruit jam or fruit preserves)

Shake to mix and then add ice and shake again to chill, strain into rocks glass (with ice), garnish
