118. Face Off With Your Feelings -- Jessica Hottle

Listen Later

How do you respond to your feelings? Are you someone that looks at feelings as negative and you brush them under the rug and don’t allow yourself to have them? Or are you someone that views feelings as so important that you let them guide you and lead you? Or would you say you find yourself somewhere in the middle where you still view your feelings as important, but you don’t let them guide you?

I am so excited to have Jessie Hottle on the podcast this week as we talk about her book, *Face Off With Your Feelings: Break Up with the Lies of Your Past and Embrace the Truth for Your Future. I love the five steps she shares about how to make us aware of our emotions. She says that she wants you “to be aware so you can repair.” Such a great quote. I think you are going to learn so much from Jessica; she truly has so much wisdom to offer.

Also, I am so excited for someone to win a copy of Jessica’s book: *Face Off With Your Feelings.

All the details of the book giveaway are on my website at jodirosser.com or you can click this direct link: https://kingsumo.com/g/hf3uir/face-off-with-your-feelings-book-giveaway
